The Shield Jacket is made to handle changing trail conditions, combining durable ripstop construction with flexible comfort for long days on the bike.
Designed specifically for mountain biking, the articulated cut, extended sleeves and helmet-compatible hood provide full coverage without restricting movement.
A laminated two-way waterproof zip allows easy ventilation adjustment, while the shock cord hem helps create a tight seal around the waist.
A large rear storage pouch keeps tools, layers and essentials secure and accessible while riding.

Aftercare
To maintain performance and water repellency, machine wash on a cool cycle using a technical cleaner such as Grangers Wash + Repel Clothing 2 in 1, which cleans and reproofs in a single wash.
Reproof periodically to keep the jacket performing in wet conditions.

Sizing Tips
- This style of size chart measures the garment dimensions to provide a more accurate idea of fit compared to your own items of clothing, rather than suggestions based on body size.
- Lay out your own hoodie or jacket flat and measure from pit-to-pit and shoulder-to-hem. Compare the figures to the ½ Chest Width and Body Length sizes.
- Odyssey Activewear clothing dimensions are similar to some global brands. Customers should generally order their usual size.

The Odyssey Activewear® Shield Jacket is made from ShieldTex™, a tough fabric composed of a nylon and spandex blend that is capable of withstanding scrapes and abrasions, while also remaining lightweight and flexible thanks to its 4-way stretch feature.
Secure Rear Storage Pouch
With the Shield Jacket's large rear storage pouch, you have plenty of space to carry your essential items during your ride. Conveniently placed out of the way on the lower back, it's accessible from both sides and secured with zip fasteners to keep your belongings safe.

After finding the perfect cut and selecting the ideal fabric we wanted to finish our Shield Jacket with the highest-quality details. Two-way, waterproof front zipper, elasticated sleeve cuffs, plus luxurious embroidered branding that won’t peel off after a few washes!
