Joining is free — simply create an account with us. Once you sign up you'll receive a Welcome Reward of 50 Coins and a 10% discount on your first order, applied automatically. Your Odyssey begins the moment you register.

Once you've made your first purchase you'll earn Coins on every order — the rate depends on your tier. Explorer members earn 2 Coins per £1, Heroes earn 3, and Legends earn 4. You can also earn bonus Coins by signing up to our newsletter, following us on social media, on your birthday, and by referring friends.

There are three active tiers based on your lifetime spend. Explorer begins after your first purchase. Hero unlocks at £200 lifetime spend. Legend — our highest tier — unlocks at £500. Each tier earns Coins at a higher rate and comes with greater rewards as you rise to Legend status.

You can redeem from as little as 200 Coins (worth £5 off), or use the custom redeem option to choose exactly how many Coins to spend. Redeem your Coins from this page or your cart and a discount code will be generated for you to apply at checkout.

Your first order begins your journey and comes with other welcome rewards. Coins are earned from your next purchase onwards, increasing in rate as you rise through the tiers.
