Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your order from Odyssey Activewear. If you’re not, have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s). To return an item, download a copy of our returns form and include your name, email and order number for reference, Mark the relevant options for a refund or exchange alongside your item(s).
GENERATE A FREE RETURNS LABEL
We’re happy to announce we can now cover return postage costs by providing a free Royal Mail Tracked returns label. Don’t forget to include a copy of our Returns Form so we can identify your order.

Return for an exchange
Exchange Option A
Return your original order with details of the items and sizes you would like instead written on our returns form. Upon receiving your return, we will manually create a new order and post the replacement items free of charge to the delivery address on your original order.
Exchange Option B
To receive your preferred items slightly quicker, submit a new order yourself and simply return the original order for a full refund. Please write a note on our returns form to let us know you have already ordered your new items, just so we know you were happy with the products overall!
Return for a refund
Mark the ‘Refund’ section on our returns form alongside any items you wish to be refunded and return your order back to us. The funds will be returned via the payment method used for your order within 7 days from receipt of return.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your items from Odyssey Activewear arrive damaged, faulty, or if we’ve sent you the wrong item — we’ll put it right immediately. Contact us with your order number and a photo of the issue and we will do our very best to resolve any problems.
We stand behind the quality of every item we send out. If something isn’t right, we want to know.
Refund Policy
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item(s) must be returned in an identical condition to how you received it: Unworn, unwashed, free of bodily odours or fragrances and in its original product packaging. Returns that do not meet this criteria may be refused. We recommend wearing an undergarment for the first test fit to minimise skin contact. Promotional bundles must be returned in full. If only part of the promotion is returned, the refund will be adjusted to reflect the original price of retained items.
